2012 Throies or Debate

Is it a Crisis or simple paranoia? Theories will it be the end or simply will it just be a new beginning? Any theories are appreciated.

The Earth will be lining up with the Milkyway, going through the Galactic Alignment that may have severe infuinces on the Earths Gravitational Forces, as well as possibly causing a Polar Shift.

Or are we worried over another Y2K Exaggeration?

If 2012 is going to happen, its going to take an act of God to make it so. I doubt 2012 will happen, if it does it won't be catastrophic as people think it will be. I think it will be limited effects in random places. Pretty much like El Nino/Nina just multiplied by three. Just because one civilization had an ultimate end, like most religions, doesn't mean it's going to happen that way. So where did the Myans disappear to?

Yeah i found a video on youtube that explained that the Myans never mentioned at all or hinted that the world was going to end in 2012. There calander simply ends on 2012 as the complete cycle, and just like ours ends in a 12 month cycle. What do you do when you reach the end of the calendar? You start the cycle over, and were back at january.

Lol. This theory might be easirer to bite on. I have done four years of research on the given topic and have found some interesting things. For instance, 2012 is not an anomalie, it is predicted in fact that something powerfull with eventually happen on that date. The end or rather the begining my be evedent then, life might make a catastrophic switch and we might be forced to go with it.

Further proof is the rise of the Ophucis constalation. The Ophucis constalation, appears right as sagitarious's arrow is pointing at cancers tail. In the middle of that arrow's line, or to be blunt, the gap between the two, is the Constalation, Ophucis, which it is predicted to cause something catastrophic.

I dont beleave the world will end, I beleave we as humans will find out, something powerfull, a truth hidden from us by a culture long intwined in religion. We will find the truth, and there will be war. Those who are ignorant, VS those who are not

2012, if it's going to happen, will be because ignorant people who BELIEVE something bad will happen, WILL happen, and they will unknowingly cause it. Paranoia is a powerful weapon, furries, and it will be used by the superior of mind.

And these "Signs" are nothing. Superstition and blindness. People WANT to believe something will happen so they can re-affirm their faiths in something that doesn't exist.

And now I will be Nostradamus.

SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE MAYBE SOMETHING BAD WILL HAPPEN. I CAN FEEL IT.

And in the future, they will be telling me I'm a prophet and founding religions after me because I hinted something bad would happen very vaguely.
2012 will not happen, and all that will occur is a string of Riots and suicides.

I hear you on that. There was a game out there that stressed this exact theory, in the game the antagonist told the protagonists that " maybe the reason why the world is ending, is because so many people have wished it too do so." Stressing that so many people have sub conciously wished there own demise, just because so many people have talked about it.

Its a sad thing, but it is true. Personnaly, 2012 is the end of the world, people just dont know when it happens and continue going on with there life. It will be the end of something on this earth, the death of it, if you will, and the beggining of a new one. Like maybe a death of an ara and the start of a new one. The world as a whole wont die, but something will.
