"So Zean.... When are you going to make more emulators?" Grias asked pacing around a very large room. In the same room Hugaa was sitting at a table stuffing his face with food, and next to him he held close a crying young Coyote female daemon who wanted to go, who was beaten, and held tightly by him. "Where you think you going sweet thing.. Im NOT done with you yet." Hugaa smiled and forced his greesy messy lips full of food onto hers kissing her, as she cried and tried to fight her self away. She was one of the kidnaped woman from new Daemaria. "Hugaa you pig... Why not share her with us!" Said a very drunk fox daemon, who was buddied up with two other male daemons who too were drunk. "Nah this one is mine.. but there are others you can have your way with them." he snorted. The Tribe had beaten the woman who fought to get away, and raped them, mostly the ones of the same species daemon as it was only possibly to get a offspring if it was the same species daemon or a human, which as anti human, the only thing a human would be good for is fun slaughter. Meanwhile the children would be forced to do labor, and later trained in the ways of The Tribe. More so.. brain washed. Ren suddenly Smacked a boy who was forced to be servant for spelling her drink. "Damn Brat!" She yelled smacking a young Jackle boy.

Zean snarled, and had a face of disgust at the sight of what many of The Tribe was doing to kidnaped woman and children. Zean would rather have nothing to do with The Tribe however, he needed Grais' trust.. for Grias is the true keeper of the Highgust key. "When you can deliver the Castafire girl alive to me! Un-Harmed!!... I will make you Better more powerful emulators that will last a hell of alot better then the ones you had before..." He responded to Grias. "Why do you want that human thing anyways?..." Grias asked snickering now. "She is the only one who can open the Gates of Destiny.. we tried using your key you cant do it!! You can barely tap into its power and your the damn things keeper..." Zean said rolling his eyes. "Besides.. she is the blood line of the goddess... it only make sense that she is able to use her Key better then any one elses... There for her blood alone for being the goddess can open those gates..." He explained rolling his eyes again. "Ah yes... that old thing... What you say it went to again? Daemaria? What is so great about that place anyways? Aside from it being Daemaria?" He asked. "I guess you will just have to wait and find out.. Now you want those toys of yours or not?" Zean asked impatiently. "Fine yes... I will get you the girl unharmed... but.. could we at least have a little fun with her?" "No... She must not be harmed Physically or emotionally... i need her in a state where we can use her... However... afterward you can do what you want with her..." Zean responded and then walked away. Ren went t smack the servant boy again because this time he brought her the wrong food she wanted. Just as she was about to smack the boy Zean grabbed her arm. "Dont you lay a hand on that boy..." He scolded her. "Or you will what old man!" Ren growled. "Your a fire Daemon... Remember I know the Forbidden arts... I could extinguish your power in a heart beat.. dont think I wont use it...." He said and then released her. "Fine... " She turned to the jackle boy. "Get out of my sight.." she hissed, and with out hesitation the boy ran off. Zean too finally left the room where he met up with Dameon. "I hate this Master Zean... I just want to wipe The Tribe out.... What they do here Disgusts me... They are disgrace to Daemon kind!" He said. "I know... They put a bad taste in my mouth too, but we need there trust... Once we get into Daemaria.. you can get your sister back... After we are done with what we need to do there... We can wipe them out.. untill then, we need the highgust key..."

Meanwhile Silvian, Rune and the others made there way to the city. He hadnt been there for years, and was shocked to see how bad things where there. Despite the fact they where now free from a evil ruler 100 years ago, they now lived poorly, little money, little food, and many people lived off the streets, and there they spotted a little boy running frantically from a wealthy man who yelled "Get back here you thief!"[/i] Just when the boy had reached a dead end and the man was getting ready to strike the young boy, Elly appeared. "He is just a young boy! I think you can live with out one apple!! He is just hungry!" She defended. "That may be so, but i wouldnt be making any money if i let everyone get away with steeling from me!" He shouted. "Fine.. here.. take it!" She said pulling out a small bag with 3 gold coins in it. "Take it! I think that is more then enough to cover a apple..." The man snorted and snatched the bag from her, grunted and then walked away. "Are you okay Roy?" She asked kneeling down so she was his level. "Yes.. Im sorry.." the boy said. "I told you, I will get you and the others food... Don't steal... Trust me, i promise I will get you food." She explained and walked the boy through the Market to a small hut, where lived 4 other kids. When Silvian had once again spotted her and saw here go in to the hut, he fallowed only he stopped when he heard her singing. Rune stopped as well and was surprised by how beautiful her voice was, and here singing. The song was interested and yet some how familiar but unable to be placed, and was soothing and gentle. She was singing to five kids and through the window both Silvian and Rune watched along with any one else who came with them.

Aturok followed them into the city seeing it framiliar yet changed as he followed the others seeing the commotion and he was debateing on helping the boy but held himself back watching then noticed silvian and the others followed them as he trailed along behind them as he thought back to new demaria and being attacked as his fathers teachings surfaced in his head being taught to avoid fighting when necisarry and when that didnt work he was told to make the figth count that if they break his limb he breaks 2 of thiers mumbling to himself his fathers words "burn me...i burn you.."

Risi didn't know why, but she felt the need to follow these people, Val following close behind. She kept hiding in the shadows, waiting for... something... she felt that something was going to happen. Something that would change her life forever, for good or ill was unseen. Suddenly, she started to feel weak, it seemed that something was wrong with her tree... Little did she know that her cave was now one of the hiding places for some of "tribe", and though this was not the first time they saw the tree, this was the first time they decided to start hacking into it, and cutting off branches. Risi screamed out in pain and fell to the floor, thrashing uncontrollably.

Max opened his eyes again, seeing the shadow realm as it where to be described. Dark, damp, and tempting. Multiple doors showed him places he could go, places he could see. Max looked at one door in general. not to far from where he came from. . . but the shadow realm had a way of confussing things.


Max closed his eyes, fealing that this was the right place to go he opened the door, and walked out into the cave. The men stopped to look at the new figure in the room. some dropped there axes, panic running through there body for absolutly no aparent reason. Max walked towards the tree, smileing. His feet never echoing against the stone floor. The men backed away in unison to his steps. This went on until finnaly Max had stood in front of the tree, his staff held in his left metal hand.

Note: The tree is in a cave far away from where the others are. The tree cant fall down yet because the moment it does, risi Dies, game over. Risi's in the city with everyone because she was following them, only hiding. now she cant hide because she's having seizures because of the men in the cave chopping branches from her tree. ))

aturok senced something wrong he smelt someone but didnt see as he loked over catching a glimps of Risi then ran over to her seeing something wasnt right as he did what he could in attempts to help her "it will be alright..."

Val tries to protect risi from Aturok by growling and barking at him, his fur standing on end. The more angry the little wolfdragon got, the stronger his 'aura' became, which would have only been noticeable to a guardian. Aturok and Silivan may or may not sense something familiar about this little guy... Suddenly Val barks and sends out a torrent of water from his mouth as a warning to Aturok to prove himself friend, or back off.

"easy boy....im not going to hurt you or her..." Aturok unsheathed the spikes on his back and set them on the ground beside him and held his hands up to show he didnt have no more weapons "no need for anger let me just care to your friend and i will be on my way"

Max looked at the Daemons, some of which who where still carrying there axes. Max smiled evilly and pointed at the lead axe Daemon with his black gloved hand. “You. . . I have a favor to ask of you . . . and whether you do it or not will determine the lives of your fellow men here.” Max grinned again, noticing how his words sent a shiver through the small crowd of people. “I’d like to talk to your leader . . . your village chief as you may call it. Tell him I would like to make a trade, something that he might very well appreciate.” Max let his right hand drop and immediately the Daemon was off in a flash, not wanting to see what was about to happen . . . this man was not human.

Val kept growling at him but sat down and just watched him, risi was still shivering, but no longer having seizures. She did seem as if she couldn't breath however, and was clutching at her heart often.

Aturok grabbed the fur cloak he had draped over his shoulders and sat her up against his chest wrapping it around her unsure what was going on but he looked around over to where the others went then looked over at Val "her illness is beyond my knowing..i can take her to someone who may know...if you dont eat my face first.."

Elly allowed Rexus into the hut. "who are you and what do you want?" She asked. Silvian now stood over by Aturok along with Rune. "Who is that?"

"Aturok!" Silvian and Rune Shouted seeing Aturok and just now noticing the dragon creature. "What the hell is that!?" Rune asked surprised, and suddenly recalled the creature back at the village during the battle, silvian however wasn't present at the time. "I was going to say... we found the girl...who is this!?" Silvian asked

Rexus looked about, his green woodland hood barley hiding his fox ears and tail. He noticed the different children that where there and couldn’t help but feel sorry. . . things shore went for the worse around here. “ sorry for the Intrusion. My name is Rexus, Rex for short. I noticed you helping out the kid. . . and I felt like I needed to help.” Rexus looked at elly for a second, completely unaware of the creature a few yards behind him. Thankfully the door was shut.


Max soon got boared of waiting. The Rest of the Daemons, the ones who he had paralyzed with fear where cowering in the courner of the cave. Max starred at the daemons, his blood red eyes clearly visible from under his hood, looked into the souls of there hearts, reading there emotions, there thoughts and Ideas. “Go! I have no use for you!” Max ordered, stamping his staff on the rock to add extra effect. The daemons didn’t need any more encouragement.

Aturok picked up Risi carefully and walked with her towards the others and looked around "we need a place for her to rest...do any of you know any safe houses around here..anything" he set her down on a nearby bech and checked her out further

Max turned his cold gaze to the tree now. The door he went through seemed to lead right to the tree . . . but why? What was the significance of it? Max walked towards the tree, placing his metal demonic hand on the bare wood, max began to close his eyes. He could feel hands pulling him up, he could see Aturok holding him? Max opened his eyes again, and found that he was still standing next to the tree.

“Magic . . . powerful magic I think? Something that could shorely doom whomever was bound to it?” Max looked out at the entrance of the cave. It was clear now, why he was here. The one who held power over him . . . had wanted him to come here? To destroy the tree, and gain its knowledge.

This Angered max. No one had rights to control him . . . not even those who haunted his very dreams. Max summoned his staff, and with an act of Defiance, he pointed it at the cave entrance and began to chant. “Powers of darkness, those who council both the righteous and benevolent. Peace maker and murderous trater. Seal this place from those who would come to harm it.” Max flicked a simple with his left hand, adding a potent mix of both magic and Elemental might into his seal. “Let none who dare pass thy spell, Abdule.” A powerful force pulled max towards the cave entrance, threatening to kill him, if he had stepped too far. Max planted his staff into the ground, placed his hand into the shadows, and disappeared entirely.

Max could feel the Shadow realm watching him, but those who had guided him where now turning a blind eye. Denying him the help that they would have normally give him. Max opened the door to his far right, trusting his own logic than anything else. Opened the door, and stared right into the face of Aturok. “Hello Ice Wielder.” Max said, with a sardonic smile.

As the daemons that were cutting her tree fled, her strengh started to return, and she looked up at Aturok who was holding her. Instantly she pushed at his chest and tried to get away, only to fall onto the floor and crack her head on the ground. "Where.. who are you... why am I here?"

Atuok knelt beside her and looked for a injury "listen...just listen..calm down you are in a city...my name is aturok ...dont worry im not going to hurt you..nor are my friends here...besides your in no condition to fight...and honsetly..i have no clue why you are here..i was kind of homeing you would tell me.."

There was explosions all over the city. People where now running and screaming. Fires blazed all across the city. Silvian lost track of what was happening very quickly. He was not sure where Aturok and the others had disappeared too, but was shocked at what was now happening so quickly all at once. Before he knew it all around them where Daemons. He knew right away who they where. It was Grias and his gang from the Tribe.

Max smiled, gilding over to silvian. . . his feet clouded in the shadow of his cloak, no sound what so ever. “Well Daemon. Chaos is not your forte?” Max chuckled, looking at the explosions with his dark red eyes. His metal hand scratching his own chin. “Grias? He’s working faster than I expected. Don’t be a fool in this one Silvian, wait patiently and trust your companions to know what to do.”

Rex’s ears popped up, hearing the explosions and feeling a new since of nervousness compel him. “We must go! People are looking for you lady castafire, we need a way out of here.” Rexus said, his hand touching the hilt of his amber red sword. He knew who they were . . . even without meeting them he could already tell who and what they were. . . Grias as he was called was the only one who Rexus couldn’t read.

Yellow eyes watched Gayle from afar. Spying on her, tracking her . . . studying her. Max had sent his golemn to follow Gayle, preferring to use their spiritual link as a means of telepathy . . . but Max never let his golemn read him . . . witched strained the Golemn . . . but a job was a job.

Shira was the Golemn name . . . or at least, that was what max called her. Shira knew the relationship . . . max only saw people as tools. He needed them for his objective and he didn’t care who he killed to get it. So Shira was seen as a tool . . . a weapon to be used, and used efficiently . . . her objective was to guide Gayle . . . and to protect her for the moment until she could protect herself . . . what was max planning?

Shira didn’t know, and she didn’t like max . . . or what he was becoming. ‘Be brave’ Shira prayed, hoping that at least some god was watching Gayle

Aturok let go of the stranger still not sure who it was but the sounds of explosion and chaos now filled the air and he looked down the city street seeing bilding in flames thinkinging to himself what it could have been now then realized what it was seeing Daemons attacking the people and he knew who it was as he stood to his feet and started walking down the street towards the fighting then looked back at Val and Risi "you both better get to safety" he looked back in the directon wishing silvian was around for help but did want to waist time finding him as he tied the silver pouch to his belt and unsheathed the spiked blades on his back twirling them abit with skill in his hands then tossed them up and snatched them out of the air with speed now carrying them like daggers "you have my back polara?" he felt his body go cold as a cracking noise could be heard as a layer of plate like ice armor grew over his body makeing him look 3 times a bigger then he actually was he grinned feeling the ice form down his hands and to the blades leaveing a layer of thick razor ice on it his armor made him look like a golem the cold over his body reminded him of liveing alone in solitude in the frozen moutains as he walked down the street casting frozen air puting out the fires along the wait as he approached to gang members toying with a man with a peice of debris useing it to defend himself Aturok growled lowly to himself speaking softly so only him and polara could hear "i dont beleive in killing my brothers and sister...but something occoured to me..they have no honor and the only way thier will be peace is with blood shed

the man swung the debris at the daemon like a club only getting laughter from the monster as the other behind him kicked his feet out from under him as he landed on his back looking up at the animal and heard a whirling and watched a ice shard impaled the daemon as it let out a yelp

Aturok watched as the one graced and pulled the ice bolt out of its shoulder and they urned to him and watched as the human crawled off "care to pick on someone more at your level you bottom dwelling leeches...."

Landing in front of Aturok was Nyan, the fox female. "This does not concern you guardian... How ever, I wouldn't mind having a taste of your blood!" She yelled battle crazed whiping out a set of double swords, as pieces of stone and earth flung out from the ground and became projectiles zipping at Aturok.

Silvian pulled out his sword and turned to Max. "Help Rune, and get people out of the city... wait... get Elly out of here... More then likly they are here for her!"
