"You guys need to go, ill be fine...Shara... Your Duty!" Kon ordered. Shara stood up and helped Elly up onto her feet. Elly wiped the tears off her face and ran back to the Child. "Your awake now... We have to go okay? He he says he will be fine.." Elly cried and picked up the kid again. "Let...go.. Im coming back for you Kon!" Shara said and ran back to the group, not wanting to leave behind Kon, but she had to. The group made it to yet another chamber that was abandoned and rested there. Shara kneeled down to Ave and placed a hand on his shoulder. "What is your name?" For the first time she noticed the Leopard markings on his husky fur. She did not want to say anything but she thought he was so unusual, she argued with her self that there was no way he could be a hybrid it was impossible. "My name is Shara.. and thats Elly" She explained introducing the two of them to him.

Kon struggled to get free, each move he made, it seemed more blood poured out. "Dont move..." Said a voice. Kon looked around and there standing before him looking down was a stranger in a cloak, he couldnt make out the details. "you will be fine... I will help you.. This is the water of the city.." "That voice? You sound familiar who are you?" Kon asked, as the stranger pulled out a flask and had Kon drink from it. "This water gives life.. but also can grant the spirtual flow a... sight... I have plans for you Kon..." Said the stranger as he created puddle of water out of no were that surrounded Kon and the chunk that fell ontop of him, and started to force push the chunk up freeing Kon. And to Kons surprise, his wounds had been completely healed. "Who.. Are you?" Kon asked again and the stranger pulled off his hood revealing a Leopard. "No. your dead!! Your Dead!!!! Matias!!! Your Dead!!!" Kon shouted shocked, surprised, and even horrorfied.

"Are you okay? Silvian asked finally regrouping with Shara and the rest. "No... Kon... Kons back there... he is hurt badly, theres nothing I could do... he said he would be fine but..." Shara explained and Silvian quickly with out another word rand down the passage way, but he reached were the place collasped and there was a pool of blood but no sign of the badger accept a Necklace Pendent of the Earth that belonged to him. The sign of a Gaurdian. "Kon...." He looked around but saw no sign of a struggle nor foot prints, there was no other way out so where could they have gone? "Sil... We should head back.."

Returning back to the group he explained what he had found, and the mystery as to what happened to Kon. He wondered if he would see the Badger again. "..I... i Hope Kon is okay..." Shara ended up turning to Aturok and crying on him. Kon was he dearest friend and ally. "Hello... I dont know your name." Rune said to Gayle bowing. Rune could never resist a pretty face, Man or woman.

Aturok held onto Shara tight conforting her the best he could rubbing her back "it will be ok..Kon is stubborn i dont think something like this will keep him down" he countinued holding her as long as she needed and looked over at Rune talking to a stranger

"It's nice to meet you both, thank you for saving my life," Ave pulled himself up on a knee and bowed his head deeply, "I'm so, so sorry about your friend." He hung his head for a moment, but when nothing happened, he opened an eye and cocked his head wondering why no one was hitting him.

Before he could ask, the introduction was cut short by a yellow spotted leopard who had rushed into the room. He exchanged a few quick words with Shura and then left just as quickly as he had came. Ave was captivated by his voice, "I know him?". He didn't know why but the husky's heart was beating hard in his chest, and he felt a strong desire to chase after the guardian to make sure he was ok, but he could barely stand.

It hadn't been very long when the Leopard returned to share the mysterious news about Kon. As he got the group up to speed on what was going on, Ave couldn't help but hang on every word with a goofy grin on his face.

Fral had fallowed them and Silvian told her if she kept her mouth shut, he wont cut her tongue out, and so she kept quiet. At this point Fral was powerless, as Zean had Extinguished her Element completely, she will never again have her power back. So as far as Silvians concern, she was nothing more but a kitten who got nuddered.

"Why hello Gayle.. I am Rune... We are here to help..." Rune bowed and then came up behind Ave and ruffled his head fur a bit. "So whats your name kid?" He asked. And before anyone could blink, there apearing on Rune's shoulder was a little white Cat, which was his Golem in a friendly form he liked to take. "Here take Glade with you, he my golem, but he will protect you." Rune explained, he knew Glade would take care of him. Glade Mew and then spoke. "Dont worry I will protect you..." he said and mewed again. ".... So whats the plan.." Shara asked trying to wipe her cheeks dry from her tears, but they seemed to only soak into her fur. "We can only press on.. I dont know what happened that caused the massive Cave in, but now were cut off from our original way out.. There is... only one other way...." Silvian explained and stopped. "What is the otherway?" Shara asked then it dawned on her where. The only other passageway was... "The Gates of Destiny.... Damn.. its probably heavily guarded... The Tribe wants us to be there, they want those gates open..." Shara said and now she wasn't sure about this.

Aturok let her go when shara seemed to be manageing on her own as he sheathed the spikes on his back careful not to stab anyone in the process and looked at them and smiled "on the brightside of things..it can only get worse.." he looked at shara "hmmm dumb idead maybe but....dig our way out?" he took a step towards the collapes passage looking at it

Max and Rexus popped out of the shadows, Rexus had turned ghost. The trip that Max had taken him on had made him feel dead and cold. Max let go of rexus and immediately color started to return back to his face. Max had his hood up again, red eyes poking out of the hood at times, watching everyone. “Yes Aturok that would be dumb. Might I suggest exploring these passages a bit more . . .? I’m sure that there must be something, deeper in the mountains.” Max said, smiling under his dark black hood. He walked to the rubble and knocked on it with his black metal hand. “Even if we were able to dig ourselves out, it would take weeks, even with our elements. By then, there would be no food, and barely enough water. I don’t know how much you Daemons eat, but I can tell you that the others wouldn’t last long. ” Max looked at Silvian and smiled. “And I think that the water Leopard would be offended if we asked him to summon up some water.

Rexus walked over to Gayle and smiled, seeing that she was alright. To him she looked a bit defeatherd, but she had never been used to such things like this, so to him it was natural that she had looked that way to him. He was glad that she was alive . . . but he had seen enough of “short” cuts and “dangerous” adventures to last him a life time. “Nice to see you again Gayle. Glad that you’re safe and sound.” Rexus smiled underneath his green hood and turned his head to look at Ave. “and greetings to you. I’m Rexus. . . but you can call me rex.” Rexus smiled his toothy grin and turned his smile to Gayle again. “Where is your bow? Here, take mine.” Rexus smiled again, all of his energy now back to him. He handed her his own bow and arrow and grinned.

Rexus smied and looked over at max, the way they came in was strange, even more stranger was what he saw while comeing here. Rex learned never to accept a lift from a shadow elementalist. He shrugged his head, grippid his right hand and allowed it to catch on fire, creating anouther source of light." then ill get you anouther thing of supplies then." (OOC: Ok, i have no internet so please bear with me, this is all done on phone, so grammer is bad and i apologise in advance for that.)

Ave flinched as a large white tiger came up behind him and started playing with his hair, the husky boy was not accustomed to all the touching that was going around, but found he quite enjoyed it.

"My name is Ave", he bowed his head and then as an after thought reached up and ruffled Runes hair, thinking that this was a sort of greeting...

Suddenly Ave flinched again, but this time it was caused by a small white cat that appeared from nowhere. The cat could speak, it introduced itself as Glade, and then swore to protect him...Ave was still in shock, and he thought to himself, how could this cat protect anything. "Well, it's pleasure to meet you Glade, I'm sure I could use any help I can get".

Two more figures seemed to appear from nowhere, and ave was starting to think that he was in some kind of magic act. People and things where popping in and out while doing some pretty amazing things, the cavern was starting to get a little cramped.

One of the two figures who had just materialized, walked over and started talking to Gayle. Ave noticed that he was like Gayle, and the two were very close. The half fox half human then turned and introduced himself as Rex, Ave nodded, and said "Nice to meet you" He started to reach up to play with Rex's Hair but the demi-human had already turned away and was talking with Gayle again.

Ave sat in silence for a moment watching all the conversations taking place, people were hugging, laughing, some where crying, and catching up. He smiled for a moment and then decided to lay down as a wave of loneliness rushed over him. "Come back" he murmured while closing his eyes and drifting off to sleep.

Rexus nodded his head and looked at ave. He smiled and pulled ave up with a hand." hey there. Look, put a smile on that face, its not a good thing to mope and look like some lump on a logg. Beleave me, your slave days are over, now you have a chance to start something new. Take my word on that ok, and smile before i give you something to make ya" rexus laughed and continued to hold his hand till ave smiled

Rune chuckled at the boy and watched him wonder around with Glade. He then turned to face Silvian and Shara discussing matters on getting out. Silvian now looked at Rexus. Max and Aturok. "Digging out way out is impossible... the damage really mucked up our chances of getting out that way, but we may stand a chance of getting out of here if we were able to find another exit, so I am with Max on that..." He explained meanwhile Rune now having the chance went to talk to Shara Privately. "The kid, Ave is unusual. He seems to be a hybrid somehow." "Yeah leopard and husky... but that's impossible that shouldn't happen. But heh... the kid is there.. I think he was slave notice how he acts around us?" Shara mentioned and Rune nodded. "I think he was abused and I didn't want to mention anything but he has a black prism on him. We need to be careful around him while he is wearing it. I bet Grias has the key."[/i] He responded and looked back and saw Ave falling asleep. "Yes.. I know... poor thing. When we can get him out of here I want to take care of him. Maybe with that collar off I can help train him to use his power... asuming he has any.. God knows what long exposer to that black prism can do to a person let alone a kid..." She said and sighed thinking about Kon. " I realy hope Kon is okay..."

"Ave... I can sense your golem...if we could juat get your collar off, maybe he can...." Glade tried to whisper to Ave but suddenly noticed some one was approaching there location. Some one who wasn't part of the group. Tribe? Glade's Natural instincts was to hiss.

Shara's ear started to twitch. "Some one is coming!" Silvian and Shara quickly got there blades out, Rune brought out his bow out and summoned electrical arrows, Elly quickly ran to Ave and Glade to try to keep them safe, they were all getting ready.

seeing everyone busy deep in disscussions he started to feel out in the cold wich he didnt mind but for him it was quiet...to quiet as he turned and looked at frall who was looking around and put a had a slight smirk on Aturoks face "so...frall...how has the cell life been treating you?..sucks being down in the dirt dont it"

Ave's energy was finally starting to return to him as Rexus came over and pulled him to his feet...He was starting to feel more like himself and even managed a smile at the thought of Rexus "making him. Unsure of what to say next he bowed to Rex and went to sit down next to glade.

The cat jumped into his lap and Ave began petting and scratching her behind the ears. As Ave let his mind wander the white cat started to whisper to him. "Ave... I can sense your golem...if we could just get your collar off, maybe he can....". Ave's mood suddenly changed to hopeful but before he could inquire further, the cat looked up and hissed.

The group was suddenly on edge and Elly was now by his side, Ave desperately wanted to talk to glade but realized that it would have to wait as he braced himself for what was coming.

"Leave me alone flea bag..." Frall growled at Aturok. (I have no real big plot for her in this Part of the story, so forgive me if I keep her brief. She does have a huge huge! plot in the story later.

"Shara Get Ave and Elly out of here, take the others with you as well." Silvian said to her, refering to the daemons the freed earlier who survived. She nodded and began to run out, with Elly who picked up Ave to run with Shara but were suddenly stopped.

"You all have no Choice... There is no otherway out..." Dameon said walking into the room, joined by Ralu the big bear Daemon who quickly Grabbed Elly and Ave, flopping them both on his shoulders (he that huge) "Dameon..." Silvian growled, even Shara could not help but let out a snarl. "I am afraid you have no other option at this point... your only way out now is the chamber of the Gates of Destiny.. So no matter how you look at it. we won... All we need is Elly there to open the Gates." He explained smirking. "Shara went to try to grab Elly and Ave but Ralu simply flung his massive bear fist and flung her back. [i]"Shara get the escapees, Save as many as you can!" Silvian ordered, and she nodded quickly evacuating the others only to be stopped by Ren, Nyan, and Hugaa...

And Dont think we came alone..." Dameon laughed at the attempt to runaway. "Stupid fool... causing that Damn cave in.. your lucky this has gone to our favor." Ren hissed at Hugaa and punched him in the shoulder. "hey I said I was Sorry..." Hugaa argued but turned his attention on Silvian and the others comming in Draging Shara. They allowed the Escapees to run them selves, as the figured they cant get to far with the no way out. They just wanted there troublemakers, Shara, Silvian and the others. "So puppy dog, this time we wont be fighting... Zean and Grias wants you all alive... as Witness.." Nyan said to Aturok almost sad, cause she only desired to fight. Glade continued hiss and even made cat like snarls. "You could fight but... It would be hopeless for you all... your better off just coming with us. " Ren said smirking as Tribe members started came in with weapons. "This game of Cat and Mouse is over... Take them away.. to the gates of Destiny..." She ordered, Glade however tucked him self under Ave's shirt, to try to be concealed for now. When the moment was right he would come out.

Aturok crossed his arms shakeing his head looking at frall " well now what crawled up your ass and decided to nest... would itkill you for a thank you for saveing your pelt" he turned back too the others and smiled seeing the tribe along with Nyan "well i must say its about time you kids come to spend time with lil ole us...i must say it keeps the day intresting" he grins seeing the pain in her eyes from haveing to restrain "awwww sorry luv sucks haveing a muzzle on dont it" he crosses his arms and winks at her "thier will be a time and place for that you can count on it"

They had been found and captured, and were now being herded to the one place they were trying to escape from. Ave should have been scared, but after what glade had told him...all that was on his mind was seeing Grias, and retrieving the key to his collar.

Riding atop the giants shoulders Ave looked over at Elly, she didn't look very good, so he tried to cheer her up. "There are worse ways to travel aye Elly?" Elly didn't look up, Ave laughed nervously and then said in more serious tone, "Don't worry El I'm sure the others will think of something to get us out of here", Ave reached over and grabbed her hand. "I'm glad I was able to meet you and everyone, these past few hours have been the best in my life, so no matter what happens, thank you Elly". He squeezed her hand, they had finally arrived...

Silvian recognized they Hymm, or the sound of some one singing, that seemed to come from the Gates them selves. The murals all over the walls that told some sort of story about the banished evil. About the Betrayer that turned on the other gods in Ancient Legends and was banished. He hat commited a terrible act of some kind. Silvian wasnt sure exactly if that was the story nor what it was that he commited that was so bad, but the Griffin was bansihed inside the Gates for all Eternity. However there was hint that the Gates connected to many things and not just the Griffins Prison. So when those doors open what exactly awaited for them on the otherside? What was it that Zean planned on opening? There Center of the room was a large White Stone Arch with double stone doors inside it sealed shut, with engravings of a Dragon, Pheonix, unicorn, and a Griffin. There on the doors was four slots of some kind possibly a lock mechanism. The room was very tall, it went high up and on the roof directly above the gates was a massive Cube tilted and slowly spinning on its axes. It too was made of the white stone and some how hovered there.

"About time you brought me the Girl." Zean spoke who stood in front of the Gates. "And you brought the boy I see.." Grias spoke as well who too was already in the room. "...That kid?" Zean said noticing Ave. The sight of the child sent chills down his spine. "Oh yes the Mutt... yeah a very strange breed isnt he? Ralu put him down..." Grias said and Ralu placed Ave down on the ground. "Ralu why are you taking orders from him!?" Zean growled, as Ralu was supposed to be on Zean side. "...Heh.. Ralu is tribe.. he has always been tribe... For a Silent Bear, he is very loyal to us.. He been spying on you this entire time and he has learned several things... The book... Daemaricon... hand it over to me please..." Grias demanded smirking. "...And why should I just give it to you?" Zean growled again. "..Because of the Kid..." he explained still smirking. Zean however was not amused. "And.. whats this kid to me?" He asked back. "Oh stop playing Games Zean.. Consider our agreement over... The boy is our leverage agasint you... You probaly hadnt seen the kid for what 1000 or so years... but he yours... That right mutt... take a good look at Zean...." Grias said and nodded at Ren, who quickly grabbed the boy by the arm and dragged him over to Zean. ".. There plenty of snow leopards out there... why would the kid be mine?" Zean asked trying not to even look at the boy. "Because... you are the one the Goddess grant a miracle to... Am I wrong? I know all about you and Ariel the goddess back then. The War that you and Matias fought. [i]"Dont even speak his name!" Zean growled.

"Matias?! What does this have to do with my father!!!" Silvian shouted surprised to hear his fathers name. "It has everything to do with your father... so you are the inheritor of the Raisaqua Key.. Silvian... I should have known when i first saw you... The son of the Great Matias!." Grias said with amusement. "What do you mean Raisaqua Key? I dont have anything of the sort! and Dont say my fathers name, you dont deserve to even speak it, he was a great warrior and Daemaira----" Silvian was cut off. "Matias IS a great warrior... was is only past-tense. He isnt dead.... And he and you are the blood line of the Raisaqua family." Grias explained and Silvian remained quiet and confused. His father alive?? Zean too had a surpised look on his face, first time Silvian ever seen a look of surprise from him. "I know alot more then you think Zean... I know all about what it is your after... however I am done playing this sherade. We too wanted the girl. And as long as we have your boy the Mutt with us, I think you will do exactly what we say.."

Max stepped infront of grias. Hes steps echoing on the tile walled. He looked at him with blood red eyes and spoke, his voice supprisingly loud for him. " Grias, dont hope to do something like that. Dont you relaise that the moment you hand over the boy. . . Or better yet, the moment you move to gain the book that he or i will have cut you into a million peaces. I already have a good idea of what im going to do to you" max smiled, showing pointed teeth, his metal hand producing a foul energy, filling the room with it.

Ren dragged Ave before Zean, his father, and his mind raced with confusion. Unable to speak he just stood there dumbfounded trying to recognize himself in the massive snow leopard before him. He could see a slight resemblance but it was more of a feeling that proved to Ave that Zean was his father.

Ave breathed in Zeans scent, it was new yet so familiar to him, like he'd known it his whole life, just then an image of a husky women holding him as a baby flashed threw his mind. What was he seeing? The boy shook his head trying to clear his mind but it was no use, more broken images flashed threw his mind.


Zean and the Women yelling at each other...

A rattle that he liked to chew on...

The streets of Deamaria...

A butterfly with yellow wings...

His father kissing his brow...

And finally Zeans back, as he was walking away, leaving the pup defenseless in the mud...


Ave blinked hard and tears began streaming down his face, he didn't know how he was supposed to feel. Angry for being abandoned and left to die, Rejoiced for being reunited with his father, Self Pity, Happyness, Grief, Lonelyness, Sadness...

He felt a powerful energy build up and pulse around his neck cutting off his air supply. He fell to his knees tugging at the collar trying to catch a breath. The others looked at him strangly, to them he was pulling on a relatively loose collar, it made no sence for him to be choking.

It was then that Glade whispered from under his shirt, "you must calm down young one, your releasing to much energy and the collar is overcompensating by pushing back with equal force. If you can't get a handle on this you will die, you must think of something calming". Fighting with his emotions he tried to think back to something that made him smile, he remembered the way Elly had held him when he was helpless. The smell of Shura as they flew threw the air together, and his contact with Rex and Rune. He thought of the voice but could only focus on missing him, which seemed to make it a little worse.

He was getting frustrated, nothing was working, the collar was strangling even tighter. It was then that he heard Silvians voice, and the tension gave way by just a hair. He focused all his energy on hearing what the yellow leopard was saying, remembering now how at peace he had felt when he spoke earlier.

The collar was slowly returning back to normal and he could breathe freely again. He lifted his eyes to look around for Sil, spotting him he smiled and had a feeling everything would be ok.

"Ave!" Elly cried out and ran to cradle Ave, to make sure no one did harm to him. Meanwhile Hugaa quickly snatched Max and pulled him away from Grias. "....Please... I not going to give up the Mutt that easily, we not trading nore are we negotiating..." Grias smirked. "However... No harm will come to the Mutt as long as Zean behaves him self and does exactly what he is told.... Now show me how to open the door..." He ordered Zean. Dameon watched carefully, the only thing he wanted to do was slit Zeans throat however he knew Zean needed Grias still.. even if they were now being used by the Tribe now. "Elly is it? Your have the power open the door..." Zean told her. She refused still cradling Ave. Grias quickly snatched Ave from under her. Elly quickly ran at Grias and started punching him to let go, but each blow she tried to make, did nothing to Grias, not even a flinch. "Open the damn door girl!" He growled. She sighed and then approached the doors. She felt a faint vibration coming from it and a unusual warmth. She tried pushing the door, pulling the door, but the gates would not move. Grias grumbled some more and then looked at Zean. "I thought you said the little bitch was needed to open the damn thing! What are you trying to pull here, what if it cut the kids throat." He threatened. Glades ears twitched and became uneasy. "...She should be able to open it.. It is told only the blood of the goddess can open the doors!!" Zean argued with him, he did not want any harm to come to Ave, but he wasnt sure what to think of him ether. Looking at him still sent chills down his spine, and he was afraid to acknowledge him. "Blood aye..." Grias grew impaiten and through Ave to the ground hard and ran up and snatched Ellys Hand took his sword and Sliced her hand open. "Aaaah" She screamed in pain, and he draged he to the gates and placed her bloody hand on it. The entire room started viberating as he did that. No longer needing elly and through her backwards and then backed away from it him self. The gates started to slowly open and a bright whit light shined from it, the strange song or hymn could be heard getting louder as it opened. "Ah yes better!" Grias smirked. Shara quckly ran over to Elly to help her up, tore a cloth of her own tunic, and wraped it around her hand tight to stop the bleeding. "Are you okay?" She asked. "Yeah... I think so.." Elly responded now getting up to help Ave up. "Grias you bastered.. whats in there you want so badly?" Zean asked. He knew why he him self needed the gates open.. but what did Grias want that was in there?

"Long ago, these gates were made before Daemaria ever existed. Such a place is now opened... You Hugaa... you go in first!" Grias turned and ordered Hugaa whos ears folded back agaisnt his own head and he whimpered. "Why do I have to go?" he gulped. "Take the boy with you!" He said with no mercy for both. "No one will touch this boy.... If you want some one to go in there so badly I will go first... Elly said holding Ave tight. "Hugaa..." Grias ordered again. Hugaa sighed and ran over to Elly and pulled her off of Ave and started heading over to the Gates. "Just push the little Brat in..." Grias ordered. Just as he was about to, Elly ran up and pushed Hugaa into the Gates, but taking her self, and accidently Ave with into the Gates of Destiny.

Zean was terrified at first. Silvian shouted. "Elly!!" Hugaa stepped back out. "Its safe to go...." He grumbled. Elly and Ave still on the otherside. "Good..." Grias then entered teh gates, and Ren and Nyan lead the group into the gates.

Appearing on the other-side, the Gates behind them closed, no way out, but they were all surprised to see Daemaria. Good Old Daemaria, just as it was before it was engulfed in the Light. There was people running away in all sorts of directions some trying to flea to escape Daemaria before it was engulfed. Accept one thing... They were all frozen. Not by ice but by time. Everything was in shades of black and white with Grey, No color accept for them selves existed here. Everything had a eerie quit, and everything stood still. "It.. its all here? Daemaria.." Silvian said surprised looking around. He looked up and saw there was no sky only white nothingness. And beyond Daemaria was also a blank nothingness. It was jsut Daemaria and nothingness beyound it. Shara stopped up and slaped her paws together and a huge blinding light erupted from them. Shara Managed to find Elly but not the others, as she too had blinded her self and took off running in a direction. Silvian however Found Ave, and took off another directions, Rune however helped Aturok and Gayle, And Rexus and Max in another directions. They all ran, sadly opposite directions to get away from Grias, Zean, Ren, Hugaa, Ralu, Dameon and Nyan. Silvian made it to a familiar place. His house or more so was once his mothers house. He took Ave inside and closed the windows to stay hidden. He knealed down to Aves level. "Ave wasn't it? Are you okay?" He asked checking Ave for any wounds.

Meanwhile Shara and Elly stopped and hid within a shop in the marketplace and turned to face Elly. "How are you? Are you Okay?" She asked. "Ave.. I was trying to get him but I couldn't find him..." She cried. "I know I was trying to get him too... I hope Silvian or some one got him away. We need to find a way to regroup before we are found.

Rune panted a little and then looked around. [i]"I think we are safe for now, I hope the other got away safely." He turned to look at the others. "Are we all okay over here? How about you Gayle?" He asked concerned but stillkeeping on a look out.


Meanwhile before anyone had knew it, Zean and Dameon also took off in yet another direction. "They cant get far... All of you lets split up and look for them... we will meet at the Cathedral!
