Aturok walked outside the temple and sat down thinking to himself what has happened to the daemeon prisoners and if they where alright and in a safe place as he sat there looking across at the world below and sighed as he leaned back against a rock now more then ever wishing he was home he knew now that he wasnt cut out for being a guardian he stood up and closed his eyes and opened his mind to summoning as a layer of ice formed on his body and iced spikes formed on his shoulders and held his hands up to the sky as a dark cloud formed folowed by ice chunks falling from that portion of the sky falling to the earth

Ryu relaxed for a bit now getting off the dragon. Not long he shouted for every one to fallow him. "I have something you should see here.... but you should go there alone all of you... Kay can stay here, Shara and Kon can stay as well, they both need the rest.. The rest of you take that passage.. It leads to a old set of runes. There is mirals on the walls, that tell a story... So pay attention to the details... Rune you carry the torch..." Ryu explained pressing some sort of switch and the wall opened up revealing a cold stone path into darkness. It has the sense that it seemed like a crypt of some sort. Rune nodded and entered in first with the torch fallowed by Silvian who stopped and waited for Aturok and the others.

the sky went back to normal when he heard ryu he turned and looked at the entrance of the temple as the ice shattered like glass off him and he walked back inside and seen where silvian was and walked over to him and looked inside "where is this place?"

Rune was new to these ruins as well, and was surprised to see the how well preserved the images on the walls were. There was writing that he did not recognize which must have been Ancient or Old Ancient. The rest was paintings telling a tale.

Silvian was studding the pictures that were drawn on the walls. They seemed to have told a interesting tale about a young man who found his place as a warrior and hero and his dragon allie, who fought countless monsters, and saved many lives. No names, no words, only pictures. Moving on, it also told of some kind of door way, and how a man tried to open it up to release a monster. And the young dragon warrior fought to keep the door sealed, and won, but at the cost of his dragons life who died in the hopes to save humanity from the beast withing the door. It was definitely some kind of Ancient legend.

Moving on through another pathway and the deeper they got the more humid it became. It lead to a larger cave full of stone pillars with more Ancient Paintings on it. It seemed to tell more to the story of the warrior and five dragons. Silvian instantly concluded that there seems to be alot of things revolving around the number 5. Five families, five dragons, five chaos elements, five spirit elements. 5 seemed to be important in Deamon culture as well as Ancient. At the end of the cave there was another passage that lead further into the temple, and it got hotter. Silvian suspected the mountain was volcanic.

Aturok followed them in amazed by the very chamer it self not realing careing about the painting and the stories they told as he countinued throughout the massive room as it got warmer "is it geting toasty in here or is it just me?"

Silvian started looking around a tunnel that seemed to keep going. Although staring down the tunnel he could see what looked like a light at the end. Then something else caught his eye, even more paintings of the Ancients. It told something a bit different and yet not to far off, but a story about the four great gods. He remembered Ryu telling them the story about them. How the 4th god the griffin had to be locked away, and 5 sages took his place. Finally after falling the tunnel, it lead to a large cave/cavern, it was huge. It was the size of a large city, and after takign a closer look, it was a city. Old and forgotten. Down below there was magma, which was the source of the light, but venturing further there was a ruins of some kind. "A draconic city? A Ancient city.. Hey look at those... " Rune stopped as Silvian finished. "Were... they Were eggs..." All around the city were large quantities of eggs but all busted opened, lots of them still had baby dragon skeletons sticking out from them. "What do you suppose happened here?" Rune asked, feeling a strong sadness within this place. "I do not know.." Silvian heard the sound of running footsteps. There comming from the chambers they had came through was Kaylay. "Kaylay!?"[i] Both Silvian and Ruen shouted in surprise. [i]"Its Tanar's men!! They are here. Ryu said that there is another exit at the other side of the temple... and..." Kaylays crystal key started glowing, and shot a beam of light at a large structure at the end of the wide opened cavern, and the doors opened up revealing a heavenly like light from it. This had to be the templed but to get to the ruins they had to cross a stone bridge that was in front of them, it was old and did not look very safe. Silvian decided to take a close look at the crystal that glowed around Kaylays neck and there to his surprise was old Deamarian writing on it. Which was surprising, as it was never suspected of it being anything Deamarian, but it was. Or at least the writing was. Suddenly torches all around the city let up, revealing the beauty and mystery of the city. Finally the Crystal went to a dim, and then stopped glowing all together. "That was Old Deamrian! This place.. Ancients.. and Deamons.. and.. Castafire... connected? What.. is this place?" Silvian asked. "Sil we will have to worry about it later.. If Tanar's men are here we need to leave immediately!" Rune said leading the way to the stone bridge, that was rather very narrow, and unsafe to cross. "We need to be careful... We should cross it one at a time..." Silvian explained cautiously looking around as he could hear more foot steps in a distance. Rune went first, and shortly after, Kaylay crossed second, Silvian planned to be the last to cross, he wanted to make sure all others were able to cross first in case Tanars men show up, he could hold them off.

Aturok countinued following them curiously watching them but keeping his guard up at all times

Rexus inspected the walls around him. A small ball of fire rested at the tips of his index...a small amount of light for reading and studying. “ beautiful...absolutely beautiful.” Rexus said with a smile, he of course was refearing to the old city.

Max on the other hand kept his hood up at all times, his eyes going red as Kayla came by telling them about the Tanirs men. “is to be expected...we escaped a prison, he would want his prisoners back right?” Max didnt like this at all, not in the least bit. Tanirs men would ruin everything...and possible destroy the city.

“ I will take the back...there's a little something my bow wants to say to Tanir...” Rexus said with a grin as he pulled out his bow.

Silvian fallowed behind soon after and upon entering the path into the next room there was a sound of a humming. A strange humming, that sounded almsot like a song. Not like the one heard during the earth quake or when deamaria vanished, or when the fires from the sky came, but a soft angelic tune. He saw some sort of passage way from the room they were in and it was there he spotted Rune looking up at something in the next room. What was unique about the room was that it was bright, well let. White. The stone was white, everything what like some sort of white marble stone. When Silvian entered the room, he was amazed by the chamber and even more amazed of what was in it. In the very center of the massive chamber was what looked like a set of stone doors, but unlike a normal door, it did not lead to anything for you could walk behind it. a door to no were. But that was not the amazing part. the room was surrounded by illuminating white crystals, and just directly above the strange door or gate, was a cube tilted on its side spinning slowly. It too was made of white marble stone and Crystal and seemed to give off a massive vibration and hum. Silvian also concluded that the angelic humming melody seemed to be coming from it. Back to the gate that was in the center of the room, just like everything else it was made of the white marble stone, and engraved in the door was a image of a Dragon, Phoenix, unicorn and griffin. Was this the gate that the Ancient Warrior tried to keep sealed? He turned back to Kaylay, Rune, and the others as they were coming. "Once again.. What is this place?" He asked. Kayaly was amazed by this chamber. All around the chamber was more pictures. Picture of dragons, pictures of animal people, pictures of warriors presumed to be the Ancients, but then there was images of Sayons, Vigerages, and even more sinister the picture of the griffin and it looked malevolent and evil.

"Once there was the four gods of creation. There was the Dragon of light, who brought peace and harmony across the lands.. The Phoenix of Knowledge who gave wisdom and Intelligence to all life. The unicorn of Judgment, who gave the world a chance to walk there own path in life, and to choose and make choices. And the there was the Griffin of Darkness... He kept balance between this world and the world of the spirits.. He went insane and so the dragon, phoenix, and unicorn, sealed him away for all eternity... That was what Ryu said that while back? That gate.. could that be the Griffins seal? Locked away with in it?" Rune asked suddenly having a bad feeling about this place and Silvian too felt the same.

"Five..." Silvian spoke looking around. "huh?" Rune looked at him puzzled as did Kaylay. "Five... Theres four gods.. but.. everything here seems to revolve around five so why four?"[i/]

[i]"Woo Woo woo.. Wait a second here.. Old man Ryu only said there was four gods of creation... and then one was banished, making now three gods of creation.. Are you saying there is yet a fifth?" Rune jumped into the conversation, staring up at the floating cube that spun around slowly. ".. Well.. Five does seem to be a re-occurring number.." Silvian explained heading up to the painting of the griffin with wonder about everything. ".. Absolutely correct..." Said a mans voice at the entrance. "I am surprised that you all were able to figure that out... and after careful observation.." It was King Tanar him self and behind him where his soldiers. "I believe he was with you..." Said King Tanar as one of the soldiers through Ryu's beat up body onto the ground. "We waited a long time for this.. This place.. is called the temple of gaia.. before you is what the Ancients called the Gates of Destiny... and above you is Cube of fate.. The full Ancient legend speaks about how the Griffin of darkness went insane.. and killed the fifth god before it was completely born. Was supposed to be the god of awakening. Do not ask me what form it was supposed to be.. I will never know the answer to that. The gates of destiny was used to imprison the griffin for all eternity... and for longest time we waited to learn about the whereabouts of this place.. and thanks to... Fral... Who keeps in contact with us always.. spied on you all and led us here.." The king laughed. Fral walked past the the soldiers grinning. She then pulled out from her pocket a black jewel. It was known as Shadow Prism. A jewel with special property used by Sayons as a means for tracking and communicating telepathically. Also known as the Spying Eye.

Silvian readied his spear, and just in case he had his sword with him as well, he stood in front of Kaylay to protect her.

"Come join me Rune... I will make sure they will spare your life if you join me.." Fral explained. Rune refused and ran to aid Ryu, but he feared Ryu was dying.

Aturok smiled seeing them in away he senced them before wisch gave him the unseasy feeling before and mad him on guard the entire time as he watched them "figures...." he looked at the king then at Fral the chance for repent has past now his goal was to sever Frals head from her body as he stood there ready to defend himself

"I have to admit you got some interesting... protectors... Kaylay.. " Tanar began to walk closer with a devilish grin.
"Rune.. Just join. You can then live.. and we both can be as gods.. To many people.. Freely.. to do as we please..." Fral explained, still trying to convince Rune to come with her. "No.. All you want is pleasure.. I will admit i have some pretty selfish reasons for playing god.. But I also protected the people.. What did you do.. you watched your people suffer, being killed by the spires... You may say I stole your heart away, but ill tell you, you will never have mine... Reason I feared you.. was not so much you.. I never did want to confront you ever again.. Kaylay help me." Kaylay then ran to Rune to help him carry Ryu. He was bruised int he eyes and face and who knows were else, and he bleed from his nose, mouth, and possibly internally. Ryu looked up Rune. "There is another chamber in the back... The wall will open.... at the eye of the griffin.. Get Kaylay out of here.. leave me...My dragon.. is coming... I only wanted you all to be safe.. I never.. thought this would happen.." Ryu explained... and then.. died in Runes arms. "NOOOOOOO" He picked up the bow and aimed it strait at Fral with great rage. Suddenly his dragon came crashing in, breaking up the door way and part of the chamber, causing part of it to cave in, the beautiful chamber now crumbling, in the area were the dragon came. Now was there chance if they had any to escape. "Run!" Rune yelled and ran to the wall, pressing on the spot they griffins eye was, and it opened up revealing another passage way. There was then the sad cries of the dragon, Rune turned as He made sure Kaylay was getting in there first for safety. Everything seemed to be going so fast, and at the same time moving in slow motion, he saw the dragon possibly being the last dragon in existence get killed by the blade Tanar carried. Dieing so they can escape.

Aturok snaraled pissed that yet again they where forced to retreat but knowing the others will beed help he decided to let his personal anger over what happened slip away and he turned and ran with the others out of the chambers and towards saftey

"Nooo... I will kill them for what they did to Ryu!!" Rune managed to shove Silvian back grabbed Silvian's Sword and ran at full force towards Fral and Tanar, with it. He had never used a sword before but at this point he did not care. "No RUNE STOP!!!" Silvian yelled but it was no use. Suddenly Red lines appeared on his skin/fur, his eyes turned red, and all of elemental power of lightning and his hatred engulfed him. He was entering Rage Mode, The sword became engulfed in electrical energy, as he ran and took a slash at Fral, but what started as a slash suddenly changed into twenty swords, his lightning power mimicked twenty versions of the sword that hovered and spun and flew at Fral. "No Stop him.. He cant enter Rage state here.. NOT HERE!!" Silvian yelled as Fral continued to use the fiery barrier to prevent the blade from cutting through but even that was weakening, there was no way she could keep a Deamon who had entered a Rage state from breaking the barrier. The uncontrollable power Rune was unleashing, was causing the entire place to crumble, and worse.. If rune continued he would no doubt kill him self. Rune was already bleeding from the nose, and from his ears, and even blood was coming down his face from his eyes. Silvian had been in Rage state before, but it was under controled conditions, apart of his gaurdian training. And it was such a dangerous state to be in, but Rune was not only in Rage state, but he was out of control. And that is even a more dangerous state to be in. Not long Vigerages that seemed to be summoned by the sayons had managed to barrow through the massive rocks that started falling as the place crumbled, and shielded Tanar, Fral, and the others. "We have to stop him!!" Silvian shouted again unable to get close enough to Rune without one of the mimicked blades slicing him. As all of this was taking place, more sayon soldiers were charging in to reinforce there king.

(There first scene we witness what a Daemon in Rage Mode looks like)

Aturok heard silvians orders not sure what to do as he ran at Rune who he seen as a close friend now as a shell of ice covered his body as he lunged at rune but some of the phantom blades turned and swing at him knocking him down as he tried to get back up "rune.....control yourself......brother.." he countinued to get beaten by the swords but the ice barrier seemed to protect him from the attack but not long "RUNE!!"

Max looked around at Tanars men and smiled. Of course they where being followed and of course there was a spy amoung them...after all things seemed way to easy to be true. Max though about helping Rune... thought about what he could do for Rune. In a second Max had his staff, the black demonic staff glowing a faint black. Max Held the staff up in the air, concentrating the shadow element into the staff. "Call apone the dark of night. From dusk untill twilight, I command thy Power" Max then slammed the but of his staff into the ground. The dark energy swirling out and cutting Tanars men off from the group.

Rexus saw what had happend and had no time to react. Tanars men where flying about every where, in fear of the Dragon who hunted them for what Rexus thought was Revenge. well one thing was for shore, Rexus did not wish them a happy after life.

Rexus looked at Rune, He was not going to leave him behind...after all Rune had saved Rexus's life twice now... and Rexus had not repayed the favor. There was also anouther thing about this. Rune was Rexus's Friend, the first and perhaps only Daemon to not critazize rexus about his 'mutt' statis. Energy filled up in Rexus's Legs as he dashed towards rune. He saw that Rune was in rage mode, but right now Rexus didnt care, it was as if all the fear that had wield up before had suddenly went away, and in it's place stood either Stupidity or courage. Rexus stepped infront of Rune, his hand contorting into one big Ball of fire. " WAKE UP!!". Rexus yelled as he swung his fist straight for Rune's head...unshore if it would do anything...

Kaylay cried as she ran down the tunnel finding her way through another passage back to the entrance to the temple and there she found the chamber were Shara was laying. The sayons must have not realized she was even there. or thought she was dead, as she was still unconscious. She started shaking Shara, even slapped her to try to get her awake, but she did not budge. "Damn it.. Wake up..please we have to go!" Kaylay bagged, She knew she had to attempt to wake her with her healing ability.

Meanwhile.. Silvian was tryign to find a way to get to Rune but it seemed near impossible. Fral finally lost the power she had left and the barrier vanished, Tanar drew his dragon blood soaked sword and held it up, and a dark shadow came out from him self and wrapped around his own hand and then into the blade and he began to cut away at the mimicked swords, one by one, the swords were being destroyed by each swing of Tanars blade. The soldiers were now evading the room every chance they had and some went after Silvian while other went after Aturok, Max, and Rexus. Silvian defended him self with his finely crafted Spear, but eventually it snapped in half, and he had no sword as Rune had taken it. There was only one thing for him to do. "Oh great king of water, your mighty force of nature, come fourth and weave the power of the river and the lake, to form your true body.. I give you a name.. Coragem Golem of water and king of the Lakes and rivers!." Instead of the blob like form he usually took, now he was forming his true form, a large watery Serpent , that looked like it was made of transparent crystals but was in fact molded water, but that was not the last thing that happened. "Coragem King of the water, bestow upon me your mighty power, so I may defend my friends!, Weave together onto me your masterful armor, and may we fight as one! Golem Fusion!" This was a sacred art that most deamons not even Guardians were able to master. Not even Silvian had ever mastered it. The golem merged onto him and surrounded his body forming a protective armor, and then a massive water sword formed into his hands. But Silvian could not breath, for the water prevented him, and being as he has not mastered such a technique, all he could do is hold his breath and do what he can. Silvian was now using the power to fight back, but it had to be quick, there was no way he could hold his breath for long with out drowning. Once all of the mimicked swords of Rune's vanished, He continued to charge for the king releasing several electrifying volts that dispersed randomly around the room, hitting not just the soldiers but Rune's friends as well. Silvian tried to use the water molded sword and with water moving so fast it easily sliced stone pillars with a full force of water pressure, that then the sword exploded and sent a flood of water washing away Tanar and the army, but he soon found him self not just out of breath but electricity stunned, as Runes power was electicuting him. He now laid on the ground unconscious, and Rune had yet to stop... And once the water died away, Tanar turned out to still remain in the same spot, standing and smirking devilishly, Fral however was crawling her way back to Tanar, soaked and choking out water.

Aturok crawled towards rune again as the shell of ice around him thickened till his body seemed twice his size and grabbed runes leg and started to freeze him just enough to get his attention "rune snap out of your rage or you will get us killed"

There was the sound of knocking at the door.... The very sound made the room rumble, and forced Rune to snap out of his Rage Mode. He collapsed to the ground, blood leaking from his nose and gashes and loss of hair in certain places appeared around his body from the stresses of using so much power. Tanar looked up upon the Gates of Destiny and then above at the Cube of Fate. "Soon... Very soon... " He stared at them with eyes so closely resembling that in which was drawn on the wall as the Griffons eyes. "Soon... I shall get my true body... and my memories and all that was taken from me..." "I don't understand my king. What are you talking about?" Fral asked standing up and questioning Tanar. In a instant Tanar swung his fists and struck Fral in the face, who now coward before him. "Get me Kaylay Castafire Alive..." Fral then soon took off down the passageway to go after Kaylay.

"... Glad that is over.. but now I have you all were I want you.. Dis arm your weapons or your friend there dies.." Tanar said smirking as a soldier who threatened to plunge a sword into Silvians still body. Suddenly a Arrow flew and killed the sayon who threatened Silivans life. Standing in the door way was Shara and she pointed yet another one of her arrows towards Tanar. "Back off! I was top grade in my trainings for using a arrow.. I rarely ever miss... So do not try my patience. Especially when this arrow flows through it my power! May the great gods bestow upon this arrow the magnificent light to pierce through all darkness!" Shara was standing in the secret passage way, were Kaylay was forced to escape aiming a brightly let arrow of light ready to be fired. Fral hissed who was forced to back away and out of the passageway while other sayons backed up. Rune could not be any more happier to see her. Kaylays must have attempted to heal Shara with success and Kaylay must have now be currently hiding away in side the temple entrance.

the massive golem looking Aturok picked up rune and stepped back towards the others and away until he thought rune got his bearings and set him down and turned and looked around feeling something really bad was going to happen as he stood ready to fight or flight thier way out

"Every One lets Go! Now! Kaylay and Kon are waiting!" Shara shouted as she summoned a bright golem that was shaped as a mighty white lion with wings. (sorry it short but wathcing a movie Ill post later)

Aturok grabbed rune and puled him back planingon draging him by the tail out of there if need be as he ran back to the golem and tossed him on it

Max grinned, his red demonic eyes shining from underneath his hood as he watched everyone evacuating in panic. Max stayed put, watching as the ceiling started to collapse and had raised his staff high into the air, projecting black energy all around them, creating a barrier. “ Time to go!” Max shouted, keeping his staff held up high.

Rexus was bleading profusely from where Runes swords had attacked him, both his shirt and paints had been ripped and teared to shreads. Rexus got up, rubbing his head a little. He looked at everyone around him…and suddenly rememberd why he was there in the first place.

"Ready? Shara lets go..." The lion golem roared. And at that Shara hopped on and the Golem took off down the passage. Surprisingly Tanar chose not to give chase, and this perhaps meant Tanar had something planned. It was not long and they exited a secret passage way that lead into the outer temple structure where Kaylay was hiding.

Rexus dashed beside shara, keeping up with her golemns speed. Rexus ignored the pain in his body, understanding that once they where in safty that he would have time to cast some healing spells.

Max was the last one to go, makeing shore that everyone escaped before he even moved. Once everyone was clear he pointed his staff at Tanar and his men. Shot one last Shadow ball and ran...shooting off energy discharges to make shore that no one followed
